• This CRM service is meant to set up an online Customer Relationship Management program to free up small business owners. It takes longer to set up a program when we're unfamiliar with it.
  

What's included in this service?

• The setup includes the client's branding colors, fonts, and logo added to the system.
  
• The setup includes the client's contact information, business location, hours, and social media links added to the system.
• The setup includes exporting the client's contact list from an old CRM program and uploading it into the new CRM program, if applicable to the client.
• The setup includes creating a sales funnel template, if applicable to the platform the client chooses to use.
• The setup includes creating a sales reporting template, if applicable to the platform the client chooses to use.
• The setup includes creating a schedule for social media content posts, if applicable to the platform the client chooses to use.
• The setup includes exporting the client's sales team from an old CRM program and uploading it into the new CRM program, if applicable to the client.
• The setup includes an email sequence and automation for clients, if applicable to the platform the client chooses to use.
• A training video will be provided to the client so they can use the CRM program efficiently. I also provide management of CRM programs, if the client prefers.

What's not included in this service?

• CRM program.
  
• If the client doesn't have a program, I can suggest one that would be based on their specific needs. There are a lot of programs available on the market, but they're not the right fit for every business. The programs I've worked on the most often are ClickFunnels, Freshsales, HubSpot, Insightly, Keap, Leadpages, Nimble, Nutshell, Ontraport, Pipedrive, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zendesk, and Zoho.
  

How do we get started?

• Purchase this service.
• Check your email for a link to schedule an appointment.
• Schedule an appointment that’s convenient for you. Our initial appointment will be 60 minutes so we can discuss how you want this service to work for your business.
• Additional appointments to discuss progress on this service will be scheduled before the end of the initial appointment. You will not be charged for those appointments.
• I will email you a contract outlining what we discussed during our appointment and the date you can expect this service to be finished. Work will begin on this service for your business as soon as the contract is signed.
• A final appointment will be scheduled when this service is finished to discuss anything that hasn’t been covered during the previous appointments.
