It offers nonprofits, such as Historical or Genealogy Societies, a way to request donations or announce fundraising events. Nonprofits, such as cemeteries, can announce new sections of a cemetery being available, or upcoming sales.

What’s included in this service?

  • Set up 5 landing pages with a customized thank you page, customized email sent to subscribers to confirm their email, and confirmation of email page.
  • Set up 5 sign-up forms with a customized thank you page, customized email sent to subscribers to confirm their email, and confirmation of email page.
  • Create 3 templates as a base to begin emailing subscribers.
  • Your branding will be added.
  • Categories, tags, or segments will be created based on how you want to separate your subscribers; if the email marketing program you choose allows it.
  • A training video will be provided to the client so they can use the email marketing program efficiently. I also provide management of email marketing programs, if the client prefers.

What’s not included in this service?

  • The platform of your choice is a separate cost. I will be happy to help you decide which one is best for your business if you’ve not already purchased one. The platforms I’ve worked on the most often are: Constant Contact, ConvertKit, Flodesk, MailChimp, and MailerLite.
  • Subscriber lists will need to be supplied by the client so I can import them into the platform I will be working on.
  • For businesses that need more than 5 landing pages, more than 5 sign-up forms, and more than 3 templates, a custom service will be created for you, based on the number of landing pages/sign-ups/templates you need. Contact me for a custom quote.
  • For businesses that need less than 5 landing pages, less than 5 sign-up forms, and less than 3 templates, a custom service will be created for you, based on the number of landing pages/sign-ups/templates you need. Contact me for a custom quote.

How do we get started?

  • Purchase this service.
  • Check your email for a link to schedule an appointment.
  • Schedule an appointment that’s convenient for you. Our initial appointment will be 60 minutes so we can discuss how you want this service to work for your business.
  • Additional appointments to discuss progress on this service will be scheduled before the end of the initial appointment. You will not be charged for those appointments.
  • I will email you a contract outlining what we discussed during our appointment and the date you can expect this service to be finished. Work will begin on this service for your business as soon as the contract is signed.
  • A final appointment will be scheduled when this service is finished to discuss anything that hasn’t been covered during the previous appointments.
