• This project management service is meant to set up an online program to free up small business owners. It takes longer to set up a program when we're unfamiliar with it.
  

What's included in this service?

• The setup includes the client's branding colors, fonts, and logo added to the program.
  
• The setup includes templates for customer and/or vendor emails, if applicable to the program the client chooses.
• The setup includes exporting the client's data from an old PM program and uploading it into the new PM program, if applicable to the client.
• The setup includes creating workflows within the program that track a project from initial contact with the customer to project finalization.
• The setup includes creating budget tracking, if applicable to the program the client chooses.
• The setup includes email templates, if applicable to the program the client chooses.
• The setup includes sales templates, if applicable to the program the client chooses.
• The setup includes connecting the client's payment processing preference to the program.
• The setup includes invoice templates, if applicable to the program the client chooses.
• The setup includes sales funnel templates, if applicable to the program the client chooses.
• A training video will be provided to the client so they can use the project management program efficiently. I also provide management of PM programs, if the client prefers.

What's not included in this service?

• Project Management program.
  
• If the client doesn't have a program, I can suggest one that would be based on their specific needs. There are a lot of programs available on the market, but they're not the right fit for every business. The programs I've worked on the most often are Airtable, Asana, Basecamp, ClickUp, Dubsado, HoneyBook, Trello, and Zoho Projects.

How do we get started?

• Purchase this service.
• Check your email for a link to schedule an appointment.
• Schedule an appointment that’s convenient for you. Our initial appointment will be 60 minutes so we can discuss how you want this service to work for your business.
• Additional appointments to discuss progress on this service will be scheduled before the end of the initial appointment. You will not be charged for those appointments.
• I will email you a contract outlining what we discussed during our appointment and the date you can expect this service to be finished. Work will begin on this service for your business as soon as the contract is signed.
• A final appointment will be scheduled when this service is finished to discuss anything that hasn’t been covered during the previous appointments.
