    • The setup for this service includes connecting the client's social media profiles, groups, and business pages to the program of the client's choosing.
    • Setup includes creating scheduling dates for each social media platform.
    • Setup includes creating a scheduling calendar for each social media platform.
    • Setup includes creating a connection between the client's blog feed and the social media platform, if applicable to the platformthe client chooses to use.
    • Setup includes exporting social media content from client's old SMA program into the new Social Media Automation program, if applicable to the client.
    • A training video will be provied to the licent so they can use the SMA program efficiently. I also provide management of social media, if the client prefers.

    What's not included in this service?

    • Social Media Automation program.
    • If the client doesn't have a program, I can suggest one that would be based on their specific needs. There are a lot of programs available on the market, but they're not the right fit for every business. The programs I've worked on the most often are Agorapulse, Buffer, CinchShare, ContentStudio, CoSchedule, Hootsuite, Loomly, MeetEdgar, NapoleanCat, Planoly, Scoop.it, Sendible,SocialPilot,Sprout Social, Tailwind, Zoho Social, and Bordo.

    How do we get started?

    • Purchase this service.
    • Check your email for a link to schedule an appointment.
    • Schedule an appointment that’s convenient for you. Our initial appointment will be 60 minutes so we can discuss how you want this service to work for your business.
    • Additional appointments to discuss progress on this service will be scheduled before the end of the initial appointment. You will not be charged for those appointments.
    • I will email you a contract outlining what we discussed during our appointment and the date you can expect this service to be finished. Work will begin on this service for your business as soon as the contract is signed.
    • A final appointment will be scheduled when this service is finished to discuss anything that hasn’t been covered during the previous appointments.
