Mary D. Custom Package Includes:

Set up of social media business profile for Instagram and a business page for Facebook.

Management of new Instagram profile, new Facebook page, and existing LinkedIn profile.

Each social media account will have one post per day. Below packages are based on three days or five days for social media posts and management of social media accounts.

Social media management includes creating a mixture of reels, stories, and posts.

Posts will include content and copywriting based on active listings, open houses, price adjustments, client's industry, service areas, and Holidays when they fall within the month services are being performed.

Management will include growing followers, interacting with followers, and responding to direct messages to build relationships with followers, turn leads into customers, and attract buyers for listed properties.

Management will include Facebook event creation for open houses of listed properties.

All inquiries from leads that are outside of the property details within the MLS will be directed to client so that one of us can respond to the lead.

Management will include Facebook and Instagram ad creation if my client chooses to place a social media ad.

Management includes tracking and reporting of social media metrics.

Creative Content will include creating a property brochure for upcoming listing. Client will have brochures printed from a local printer. Brochure will be two-sided, 8 1/2 x 11, with property photos and details on both sides.

Creative Content will include a new brochure for price adjustments.

Creative Content will include designing an email blast to send to local real estate agents for them to be aware the listing is new to the market, as well as repeat the email if price is adjusted and/or open house occurs.

Creative Content will include sending the email blast to client's customers she would like to inform about the new listing, price adjustments, and open houses.

A weekly phone or Zoom call is included in this package. Weekly calls will be to review social media metrics and strategy, listing price adjustments, and open houses, as well as discuss what the client wants me to create for social media next.

Service is being provided for a minimum of one month.

Package purchases can be for just the one month or for services to be performed for recurring months. Succession packages are discounted.

Package can be cancelled at any time. If discontinuing service a refund will be pro-rated based on the unused hours remaining within the package that was purchased.

New package can be created at any time as business needs change. Unused hours remaining within the package that was purchased will be applied to the new package.

I will create a contract for us to sign once you determine which package works best for you. Once the contract is signed, I'll provide the link for you to purchase the package from this website.

The contract will further describe the details of the services I will perform along with the start and end date for the project.

If you'd like to extend the services a new contract will be made and a new link to purchase the extended services will be provided.
