What are the benefits of a consultation?

• For business owners, they're the best way for me to better understand your specific business need. If you're unsure which service or workshop best fits your specific business need, a consultation is the perfect place to start. It's also the best way for me to be able to provide an estimate, when needed. Consultations are great ways for us to brainstorm, goal plan, determine services based on a budget, strategize services based on priorities, and create plans of action. For those who are entrepreneurs in the making, consultations are the best way to determine business strategies.
  
• For genealogy enthusiasts, consultations are the best way to discuss ancestral lines, brick walls, research strategies, the service or workshop you're interested in, and documentation along with source citations.

What’s included in this service?

• This service includes a one-on-one open discussion with me. This is meant to create the dialogue needed for me to know how I can be of service to you through business or genealogy.
• Consultations are scheduled for 60 minutes at a time.
  
• They are a live call that takes place over Zoom, unless talking over the phone is preferred.

How do we get started?

• Check your email for a link to schedule an appointment.
• Schedule an appointment that’s convenient for you. Our initial appointment will be 60 minutes.
• We can discuss business or genealogy services or workshops that you're interested in. We can discuss your immediate business need and how I can resolve it for you. There's a lot we can cover within 60 minutes of strategizing!
• If you've purchased a service or workshop, a consultation is required. The consultation allows for us to have the time needed to openly discuss the details I'll need to be able to provide you with excellent service. Once our initial consultation is over, I will email you a contract outlining what we discussed during our appointment and the date you can expect your service/workshop to start, as well as, be finished. For those who've purchased services/workshops, additional appointments will be scheduled before the end of the initial appointment (consultation). You will not be charged for those additional appointments. A signed contract is required before the service/workshop begins.
