What’s included in this service?

• This service is for on-site research only.
  
• On-site research includes county courthouses, historical societies, genealogy societies, public libraries, and genealogy libraries that are within Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Research locations are dependent upon where the client's ancestor was last documented to be.
• Research for proof of the client's ancestral line through birth, marriage, death, and military records. Research can include copies of articles from a local newspaper or a printed book about local history.
• Research pricing includes one ancestor for research. Additional ancestors can be researched for a fee.
• Documentation being requested by the client will be delivered by email. Documents can be delivered through USPS for a fee. The mailing fee will be passed on to the client along with proof of the cost.

What's not included in this service?

• Costs of copies for documentation from on-site research sources. Those costs will be passed on to the client. Proof of the cost of the copies for documentation will be given to the client.
  
• More than one ancestor to research.

How do we get started?

• Purchase this service by choosing which state you want the on-site research to be in and add it to your cart.
  
• Add any other ADD-ONS you'd like to purchase to your cart.
• Purchase the items in your cart.
• Check your email for a link to schedule an appointment.
• Schedule an appointment that’s convenient for you. Our initial appointment will be 60 minutes so we can discuss how you want this service to work for you..
• Additional appointments to discuss progress on this service will be scheduled before the end of the initial appointment. You will not be charged for those appointments.
• I will email you a contract outlining what we discussed during our appointment and the date you can expect this service to be finished. Work will begin on this service for you as soon as the contract is signed.
• A final appointment will be scheduled when this service is finished to discuss anything that hasn’t been covered during the previous appointments.
