SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, FOR LINKEDIN, X, AND PINTEREST

One social media post per day, between Monday and Friday, within each month. Posts will be a combination of graphics, infographics, memes, reels, and stories.

Content will be based on Holidays, the client, the client's industry, the areas the client services, open houses, client testimonials, price adjustments, and listings that are active, pending, and sold.

Social media management includes a LinkedIn business page, LinkedIn personal page, LinkedIn group, X professional page, and Pinterest business page.

Social media management includes interacting with existing followers, growing followers, and turning followers into customers on each social media platform.

Social media management includes responding to direct messages on each social media platform and creating autoresponders where necessary. 

Social media management includes ad design for each platform when the client wants to place an ad.

Social media management includes tracking and reporting social media metrics and making necessary changes to the times posted so the optimum amount of followers on each platform can be reached. 

Service includes a weekly Zoom call with the client to review the client's upcoming listings, events, and book of business, as well as discuss social media metrics and strategy.

This service can be purchased for a minimum of one month to a maximum of twelve months. 

There is a discount available when this service is purchased as a recurring service each month instead of purchasing it for one month. 

The discount is meant to be a financial benefit to the client while ensuring them that the service will be provided for them during the months they've requested it.

Purchasing services in advance also allows me to plan each month ahead of time. It also helps me to manage the number of projects I can accomplish within each month. Planning allows me to provide the best service possible to each client.

Once you purchase a package that best fits your needs you'll receive an email to schedule an appointment with me. During our appointment, we'll discuss your specific business goals and how I can help you obtain those goals with this service. After our initial discussion, I'll email you a contract that covers the details of this service, the price, the start date, and the end date. Each contract includes a nondisclosure agreement and other important details. As soon as the contract is signed your project will begin.

Business needs change, therefore this service can be canceled with a 30-day notice when it is purchased for more than one month. A refund will be pro-rated if this service is canceled and not replaced with another service. If purchasing a different service, the refund will be applied to the new service.

I try to make it as convenient as possible for each client to work with me, extend their service, and change service as their business needs evolve.
